I went to Tempe Improv the show itself was good. But the food?? Not so much. My fries came out cold, and the burger was just kind of bland. For what they charge, I was expecting a little better, even knowing it’s a comedy club. Service was fine, no real complaints there, I just wish the food had been on the same level as the rest of the night

I grabbed my tickets quickly and didn’t run into any weird issues at all. I was kind of expecting something to go wrong because I was doing it while half-watching TV and eating a late dinner, but everything went through smoothly. Nice and simple.

We barely saw our server the whole time and it felt like our table was being ignored. It made me question the overall quality of the service, because we had to wait around for simple things and didn’t feel taken care of

I used tempeimprov.com to check show times and grab tickets, and overall it got the job done. I’ll admit I mostly pay attention to the stuff I need right away, like show times, ticket buttons, and seating details, and those were okay but not as smooth as I’d hoped on my phone. With larger text, a few buttons felt a little too small, and the seating info could’ve been easier to understand. It wasn’t a bad experience, just feels like the site could use some updates to make it easier for people who need better accessibility...

I was in and out super quick, like I barely even had time to sit down. Definately appreciated how fast it was.

So the show itself was fine, but the staff kind of threw off the vibe for us. They weren’t exactly rude, but they came across a little short and not very welcoming. We were just there to relax and have a good time, so it made the night feel a bit awkward.

I went to a show at Tempe Improv thinking it would be a fun night out, which I guess was my first mistake. The venue itself was fine enough, nothing amazing but not terrible, so I was still hopeful at the start.

The comedy, though, was weak for most of the night. A couple jokes got laughs, but a lot of it felt like stuff I’d already heard before, or it just went on way longer than it needed to. The opener was rough, and the main act was only slightly better, so that was nice, I suppose.

Maybe it was just an off night, because surely this isn’t the usual standard, but for what we paid, I left disappointed. I’m not in a big hurry to go back anytime soon, but hey, at least I learned to lower my expectations...

I had a smooth time using tempeimprov.com. I liked that the ticket prices were shown clearly before I picked my seats, and the fees were visible before checkout, so I didn’t feel blindsided at the last second. The only frustrating part was that the drink minimum wasn’t as easy to spot on the event page. I did eventually find it, but I had to click around more than I should have. Overall it was still a good experience, but I do think they should make that info more obvious, some kind of small credit or compensation for the confusion would be appreciated.

I had a feeling these seats weren’t going to be great, and sure enough, the stage view was terrible. We could barely see what was happening, which kind of confirmed what I already suspected when I saw where the seats were. Disappointing overall.

The show itself was actually good, which was a nice surprise considering how much they lean on that two-item minimum. It felt a little forced and definitely made the night pricier than expected, but hey, at least the entertainment wasn’t the disappointing part.

Went to a show at Tempe Improv the sound was solid. I could hear the comics clearly from our table, and the mic didn’t have that weird echo you sometimes get at comedy clubs, which is always a win, right? The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that it got a little too loud in a couple moments, especially when the crowd really got going. But is that enough to ruin the night? Not at all. Still had a really fun time.

I loved the show, like genuinely had a great time, but the seating was just not it. The chairs felt super cramped and hard, and I kept feeling like my knees were way too close to the person in front of me. It kind of took me out of the whole thing after a while. By the end, I was still happy I went, but my back was seriously feeling some type of way...

I was thinking about buying tickets, but the refund rules feel a bit too strict for me. If my plans were 100% set, it might be fine, but since things can change, I’d rather not risk it right now.

Not a terrible experience, just kind of a letdown on the food side.

The room had a good buzz before the show started, with everyone chatting and getting settled, and it made the whole night feel fun. That said, it did feel crowded, and the tables were packed in tighter than I expected, so it wasn’t the most comfortable setup. I kept having to shift around a bit, especially once drinks and stuff were on the table. Overall, the atmosphere was decent and the show vibe was there, I just wish it felt a little more relaxed and less squeezed in.

I was expecting the comics to be more entertaining. They weren’t terrible, but they just didn’t really grab me tbh 😕
